Quality Control Measures

At Eyetex.com, we take quality control seriously. Our products go through stringent quality control measures to ensure that they are correctly packed and free from any manufacturing defects. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we are here to assist you with the exchange process.

 

Easy Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@avl.co.in and include images/videos of the product (including all packaging, covers, and invoice) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Fulfilment of return/exchange is subject to the discretion of Team Eyetex.

 

Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges for the following conditions:

· Wrong product delivered

· Expired product delivered

· Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)

· Incomplete order (missing products)

In the case of non-delivery of an order (I.e. missing items), you are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, by emailing us at help@avl.co.in with your order details and order ID.

 

Exclusions from Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or expected wear & tear will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

 

Replacement Products

We do not provide monetary refunds for exchange/refund or replacements. However, we will send you a replacement product (exact or similar) with the earliest possible delivery, in case you are eligible for a return or exchange.
